As we can construct new builds you can rest assured that extensions and loft conversions are done according to building regulations.
All structures will be completed and checked by building control whom we liaise with and once completed in a timely manner a full completion certificate is issued.
Refurbishments
When you’re looking for top quality work, VNUK Builders Limited is here to help. We are more than adequate to refurbish a complete property, from a shop to a block of flats. Prices are flexible which you'd need to discuss with us. If it's a new home for you to move in, understandably we know you want it to be done quickly and at a higher standard. If it's a property you've acquired and wish to rent out or "flip" we can do it at such a competitive price and turn it around between 2-6 weeks.
Shops & Commercial
Looking for a reliable contractor with extensive experience for your next project? At VNUK Builders Limited, we stand by the excellence and speed of our work and provide clients with personalized attention based on their specific needs. Erecting new nail shops is our specialty but we're no strangers to restaurants. One recently completed restaurant is "Viet Quan" on Old Kent Road where you can see our work and obtain references. Please also try their food as it's great and 3 private Karaoke rooms with outstanding sound insulation and EQ standing at the best in UK.
Painting & decorating
Being City & Guilds qualified in spray painting and plastering, we are able to offer the highest possibly quality and cost effective way to decorate your property. Gone are the days where from start of plastering to finish painting takes over 2 weeks. We can start your plastering and finish the paint job of a typical extension within 3 days. As this is our specialized field of expertise we can offer other contractors a very good rate to subcontract this part out to us.
Door hanging
Most if not all builders and handy men can hang doors but we are able to hang doors at such a rate that many other contractors would like to sub their work to us. We can typically hang 20 doors per day and alongside with our spray paint skill set we can finish pre-primed doors the same day also. You can therefore appreciate that with the amount of doors we can do that we are very proficient.
