New Builds & Extensions

With New Builds & Extensions you need to know it's been done correctly.  There are many other groups of builders that can do extensions but are they done right?  We've come across a lot of customers who have instructed a group of builder to do their extension which is a huge investment only to have it done incorrectly and non conforming to building regulations inuring huge costs to get it done right again.

Should you not choose us for project please check if the contractor is able to offer you insurance and guarantees.  Most other groups are not even resident from UK yet alone a proper building company.

Before you trust a "company" with your large investment you need to check whether they can do the job right, insured and mostly done to building regulations or you risk the chance of losing your investment  alongside with extra costs to make good.  Cheap doesn't mean anything if you have nothing to show for it except headaches.  

Price for single storey extensions are around £1400 per m²

Price for double storey extensions are around £1800 per m²

Price for dormer style loft conversion are around £750 per m²
